The AAEGT is a not-for-profit Public Company Limited by Guarantee. It is registered by ASIC as a special purpose company. The Company is managed by a Board of Directors, with up to 11 directors. Nominations are accepted from all states and territories.
The Board is governed by an Executive: the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Through the documents on this page the AAEGT aims to keep its members up to date with its work.

Notice is hereby given for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Australian Association for the Education of the Gifted and Talented Ltd.
Date: Saturday 22nd October, 2022
Time: 1pm AEDT (Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne time)
This Annual General Meeting will be held virtually.
