Would you like to contribute to our 2026 Gifted Awareness Week stories? This year's theme is 'Varied Voices, Shared Future' - and we'd love to hear your voice! Unfortunately, gifted programs have often overlooked gifted students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, Indigenous students, girls, and those living in rural and remote areas. However you don't have to identify with one of these groups to contribute. We would also love to receive submissions from a range of perspectives - policy makers, teachers, students, parents and past students. You can submit anything that tells a story - articles, poems, artworks or videos. You can read our Submission Guidelines here. Together lets raise awareness of the identification, social/emotional and learning needs of gifted students so we can better support them.
